UX and User Interface design for new internal ticketing system

This large scale enterprise project for Ticketmaster called for the re-invention of their entire ticketing system. Previously based upon decades old software that required key commands to navigate and operate, the client wanted a secure web based portal with drag and drop capability that seamlessly pulled data from their consumer facing website and apps.

This mobile and desktop friendly solution allowed arena owners and ticketing agents the ability to customize their venue set ups to fit the event type (sporting, entertainment, cultural) as well as assign and revise ticket prices accordingly.

Typical UX designs would involve low-fidelity wire frames to be created to walk through the key personas and their experience. In this case, we were tasked with creating prototypes with high-fidelity visually designed User Experiences to give a more complete impression of the final interactions and use cases.
